This little dame is none other than Katie Mae's daughter. She has been chosen to proceed to the the WA state finalist. D4D is a proud sponsor of Delilah and while she has earned the funds for the Pageant fees, she still needs help fund raising for such costs as travel, food, lodging and wardrobe.
